Nikolaos Kavadis (Nikos) is Associate Professor at the Center for Corporate Governance of Copenhagen Business School. His research focuses on corporate governance and strategy. He has taught courses in corporate governance, strategy, organizational design, and methods. He currently serves on the editorial review boards of several scholarly journals. Previously, he was on the Faculty at the University Carlos III of Madrid and at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a visiting researcher at the University of California, Irvine. He received his PhD from HEC Paris.
