Lars Norup (Denmark) is External Lecturer at Copenhagen Business School and has since 1st of May, 2016, been Director at PwC. He holds a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from Copenhagen University and an MBA from Melbourne University. His areas of expertise are among many within financial risk management, qualitative and quantitative risk management, and financial products.
Lars Norup is heading the Financial Risk Management, Capital Optimization and Regulatory team based in Copenhagen and is European Work Stream Leader for Markets and Treasury for all Basel regulation. Previously, he has been running the Derivatives and Solutions teams at Danske Bank, Nordea, and a number of international banks. Furthermore, Lars has written a number of books on financial risk management and financial products.
